Yes, it's on ESPN3.

To verify:

1. Go to espn3.com
2. Click on the "Upcoming" tab
3. Click on "Sat 03"
4. Scroll down to "NCAAF"

It'll be SNY-HD on DirecTV for me... but I'd be watching the game on ESPN3 otherwise, as I did the USF game.
