James value obviously is as a shooter which he has been inconsistent since conference play started, but even more so as the guard on the inbounds man during the press. And CJ is not flashy but has been consistent as anyone I think all year. Now could he step up more, I think so, but that is part of the disease of more, having so many scorers sometimes does make it harder for one to step up, as they all (minus Dion) don't seem like they want the ball if it means pissing another player off.
 
The disease of more is a blessing in College B-ball when you have a coach like Boeheim that can even keep Waiters in check this year
