kudos to him for a very very good game. from what i saw of him this year, dino underestimated him. he seemed very poised, confident and in control. i seriously wonder how well he may have developed with more pt. as an aside, oc calls particularly in red zone were pathetic.

Dino didn’t underestimate anything. Lol.

5 seconds of watching them both throw and it’s obvious who should be starting.

I’m happy for him and glad he got a win in his last game here. But it doesn’t reflect on TD or Babers at all.

there may have been a different offensive scheme if welch played, one like we just saw.which had a better run game for the most part. other than oc red zone calls-- i never said he was a better thrower than td, re-read what i said.. he had control and confidence of the team.
dino (and us)had a bad year. he is very stubborn and his intractability showed. i hope he can regain his objectivity, and manage. this year was critical for recruiting to show we are not a one hit wonder. we failed. i hope he can recover and recruit better than he has been.

Or Tommy is banged up and can’t or won’t run like Welch. Same system. We’ve run better from RB position after OL shakeup
ok. good point !!! have a restful night

I was surprised there weren’t more designed runs for Welch but maybe over five hours of football I missed a few. He seemed to throw a nice ball downfield but to the sidelines I held my breath
