It was a great crowd, bigger than Clemson in 2013, biggest Dome crowd I've seen since Michigan in 1999 (though I wasn't at Minnesota for Marrone's opener or the infamous Penn State game the previous year). So if people like to compare apples to apples with regard to attendance across the years, and if people want to actually quantify the size of the crowd to demonstrate what a great turnout it was, then I'd think people would support using an accurate number.
