Right now FSU is with the SEC in terms of talent because of the way they have recruited the last four/five years. They are heads and shoulders above the rest of the ACC.

FSU isn't the only ACC school to consistently compete with the SEC in recruiting. It'd be more accurate to say they've had top ten classes since the turn of the decade. Here are current ACC schools the top 30 since 2010. Obviously 2015 is still in progress.

I think Miami's classes have been overrated.

FSU has both top end skill, size, speed and depth of talent in their classes that match the SEC. Clemson and Miami have gotten skill guys but I don't think the depth of their classes 1 - x are where FSU has been.
