Women's Lacrosse Clemson coming to the WLAX party

Clemson started its women's softball program last season. They finished the year 19-8, 5-1 in the ACC in their first year of competition. They were in first place in the ACC when the season was ended due to COVID.

In their second season, they finished the season 44-8 and won the ACC.

How did they do this? They hired the former coach of softball super power Stanford and built a stadium that hold 1000 and is the envy of the rest of the ACC. Money.

Expect them to be hire a big name and be good in women's lacrosse quickly.

If SU ever decides to add men's hockey or baseball, I wonder if they will add women's gymnastics to counter it? Might need to add 2 women's sports to counter hockey or baseball.

My daughter had to stop gymnastics due to injury, but it would have been amazing to see her represent Syracuse in gymnastics.
