Clemson loses No. 2 WR to torn ACL

That does stink, hopefully everything heals quickly for him and he's back on the field again next year...or is he a senior?

According to Herbie on ESPN we lost our #1 receiver before the Northwestern game for the season. I like Fleming but when did a guy that caught his first pass in his career vs PSU become our #1?

Flemming was our #2, ahead of West IMO. Pretty clear that Ash is our #1. Bris and Clark are up there too.

West slipping, he's falling, he can't get up. Name it.

I wish Flemming never got hurt and I understand what you're saying, I just thought it was odd Herbstreet said that.

I don't think Mr. West has a good flow with Allen and for a guy that doesn't have burner speed or exceptional hands, that hurts his production. I agree with the 3 you mentioned as being the top 3 unless the coaches want a blocking wr for running situations which West fills out better than all 3.

Anytime you can slip a DMX reference into a post, you get a like from me. Slippin' by DMX.

Noncontact drill of all things.

Obviously I would not expect you to know Syracuse's recent injury struggles, but it seems for the last 7 years or so we have had at least 10 players go down with ACLs during non-contact drills. Hell we had our best RB of the Robinson era dislocate a hip in 7-7 drills.

Point is, I feel you pain.

I hate to hear that for you guys. I just don't understand how it happens. It's very bizarre.

Flemming broke his leg also in a non contact drill. How the heck do you break a leg in non contact action?

From my observations West is better suited in the slot and is being mis-used.
