Dear Orange Friends:

Tomorrow is a first for Syracuse University. At 12:01 a.m. on Tuesday, October 17, we will launch Syracuse University’s first day of giving.

Leading this ambitious 24-hour campaign called “Boost the ’Cuse” with a generous challenge gift is alumnus and recent Arents Award recipient [URL='https://maestro.syr.edu/trk/click?ref=zvu694kig_0-19edx331ffx01713&'][U]Dan D’Aniello ’68[/U][/URL]. Dan and his wife, Gayle, are challenging Syracuse alumni, parents, students, faculty, staff, friends, and fans to give back to Syracuse. I accept Dan’s challenge and will make my gift tomorrow, and I hope you, along with thousands of others, will too.

Being part of the Syracuse University community forges a strong bond. We are a community that values and strives for continued academic excellence and an unsurpassed student experience. One that comes together in support of a shared passion. And one that believes in making a difference in the lives of our students and creating positive change on campus and around the world.
