He lacks the most unmeasurable item of being a Qb. The “it” factor. He and someone else we know very well just don’t have it. It’s something that our current QB does have. I would take our QB over DJ any day of the week and twice on Saturdays.

This just goes to show that identifying QBs who can lead is not an exact science.

There was one 3rd down where he panicked and checked down. They showed the field view. And even though the announcers said there was nowhere to throw the ball, there was clearly one open receiver beyond the sticks who sat down in the middle of the zone. He never saw him.

Maybe a light bulb goes off, but it seems like other than throwing the ball up and having his WRs make a play, he's missing a lot that goes with the position.
