Here is maybe an uncomfortable thought to the very pro Schertz and we should've gotten Pitino crowd, but would actually be a very intriguing series of events, if I'm St John's, lets just say I think they instantly become a leader and best fit for Josh Schertz if Rick Pitino retired. If you want to talk about the top purely basketball school in the country now, it's St John's with Mike Repole support. Just an interesting thought at this time. I would not be scared at this outcome because I really think Hodgson is the best fit for Syracuse and a successful Syracuse program under his leadership.
