Was just hoping Wildhack and his team had worked a target list, done some agent backchannelling, and was prepared with a hand-the-baton pack of info with ranked targets and discussion status/deets for the new AD to immediately get up to speed on... Maybe the new AD goes in a different direction altogether, but at least we wouldn't starting from ground zero, while other schools actively negotiate with agents for our likley HC targets.

Getting a late start now isn't the end of the world (could be later) but the liklihood we get caught out with no chair when the music stops, with our prime targets deciding to go elsewhere to schools in advanced negotiations with them, goes up with every passing day.

Still time, but the new AD and his search team are going to have to hit the ground running, be efficient, and work quickly on this if we are starting from ground zero.
