We have to win and make the tournament and boost the brand and relevance in year 1. There is no competency issues with either option here, only really nitpicks and the need for a staff that accommodates appropriately. End of story on this- if everyone lines up for option 1 and it’s off to the races then we get a A plus. If it’s option 2 it’s a B Plus/A-. We have good competent options we just need the alignment of the money and the power players to the best we can. Neither option works if we don’t have all that.
