Coach Shafer Wins the Press Conference

Because I am often critical of Shafer, I want to give him credit. I love that he began Saturday's press conference by mentioning Coach Mac. He then went on to thank the fans for attending. These are small things, but they all add up to making him extremely likable. The guy is an absolute dream when it comes to public relations.
