They cant have a quarter back throw a ball at a visit and cant have him throw a ball when they come to the school to visit a coach...but they can during the "quiet period" have them come to a camp and have them run every drill and workout they have. I like the idea of a quiet period i just think its crazy to have it during the summer or camp season...maybe the quiet period should be while the kids are focusing on school.
