I totally agree with the McDonald/Lester theory and thus, I think that type of thinking might have something to do with the Adam hire. After reading the SU Budget Committee report, I believe that the program is under fairly tight financial control at this point and Shafer may be constrained in his ability to hire coaches. I actually think we will have a decent idea if Lester is the guy fairly early into the 2015 season. He knows what he has to work with and he has run his offense for several years.
