Hell no. Burning his shirt is dumb unless we have title dreams. Which we don't. Not this season.

Daugherty said he looked good going almost full speed in practice. But I want and expect him to RS.

No! There is a reason he is redshirtung as in he's not healthy.

Thus us a roll with the punches year no matter what comes our way.

Agreed. And the word was that he has been having trouble going day after day in practice without swelling and sorness. Nothing is worth his health IMO.

Watching Coleman walk around the huddle, it's clear that he's favoring the bad leg.

Important thing is getting him healthy enough to live another happy and mobile ~70 years of life. Basketball should take a back seat.

Ding ding ding.

Does Coleman want to give up that chance to play the acc tournament (and ncaa if we get there?) if our team can crawl itself to the bubble without DC, a rusty DC who hasn't played in 14 months is not going to put us over the top.

If by that point in time we are off the bubble what's th point?

DaJuan can and should redshirt this year and worry about being basketball ready and basketball healthy for next year.

Please lord do not burn his RS. This is not a contender at all. Next year could be special especially if Chris Mc C comes back.

Coleman is our starting center next year. And if we dont get Bryant, oh well. WE will just have McC play backup center like he was this year and maybe throw in some Chino.
This team is going to be VERY VERY good next year. Final 4 good.

Daugherty CLEARLY knew very little about the status of our team. I think all he did to prepare for the game was to read a stat sheet. He kept talking about Coleman without realizing that a statement has already been made that he isn't coming back this year which is the way it should be. I would much rather take a bit of a hit this year and reap the benefits next year and the year after. Also, I would hate to see him in a situation where he comes back too early and suffers a re-injury. Coleman still has a very good possibility of having a great career at SU... as long as he isn't rushed.
