The Dome costs a lot of $$$ to keep open and run any event and it all comes out of the revenue. The Yum Center has a lot mor events than the Dome and I bet while Lville gets a lot of the revenue someone else is paying the electric bill. That finance study is about value based on how good a program is but only an assessment of the revenue stream, costs and value of the structures themselves (I'm sure a few other things too). [/QUOTE]
