there are 20 teams averaging 500 ypg. (I had to round indiana 499.7 to get to 20.)
i'm sure when the cupcakes stop making up so much of the average that will change but holy crap
73 teams with 400 ypg
i don't know. don't have that handyOut of the 20 and then the 73, what is the % of them that have a winning record?
Yeah, but are they balanced?
washington state is hilariousI don't know what your definition of balanced is but only two of those teams throw the ball more than 60% of the time. Western Kentucky, 2-3 and Washington St. 2-5.
Six run more than 60%, with the worst record being Indiana 3-3.
Six run the ball between 58.6% between 50.7% of the time, six between 48.2% and 40.7%. time.
So yeah, more for the most part those teams are balanced or run heavy.
What they aren't is pass the ball every down teams.
Mostly I was just looking for an excuse to post that Pasqualoni/Ferrell picture.I don't know what your definition of balanced is but only two of those teams throw the ball more than 60% of the time. Western Kentucky, 2-3 and Washington St. 2-5.
