If Auburn beats Alabama
Utah loses to Oregon
Oklahoma loses to Oklahoma State/Baylor
Georgia loses to LSU
Ohio State/LSU/Clemson are all undefeated who is the 4th playoff team?

This scenario isn’t that unlikely either.

georgia since there resume is best of the group
Georgia has been underwhelming.
Beating Florida and Notre Dame isn’t that good.
It’s probably Georgia but they wouldn’t deserve a rematch with LSU in the same building as it would make the SEC title game pointless.

LSU gets a bye.

In your scenario, which team competing for that fourth spot hasn't been?

I think in that scenario Baylor sneaks in.

Baylor.

They would have 6 Sagarin Top 30 wins which is the most of anyone in the country.

I always just assume that Baylor has played a total crap schedule, but that's just not the case this year. They have a stronger overall SOS than Ohio State, LSU, Bama, Wisconsin and Utah, and have the most Top 30 victories in the country at the present moment.
