In that situation you need beer more. Nothing worse than tailgating and building up a nice buzz (or a good happy level of drunk) and then not being able to drink for four hours. You're done and hung over by the 2nd quarter.

I remember my first trip to see SU play at RU. I did a bit of drinking in the parking lot before the game and had a nice little buzz going. When I got inside I went to the concession stand to learn that they didn't serve beer. From there, things only got worse. The wind picked up, the weather soured, players went into the stands and SU lost 24-7. If there was ever a game where I needed to be inebriated it was that pitiful Saturday afternoon in Piscataway.

Slight correction. Cincinnati will NOT be selling beer at any on campus football games this year. What? Did Cincy suddenly get prudish? Nope, due to improvements at Nippert Stadium UC is playing their home games at Paul Brown Stadium this season, where beer will be sold!

Biggest line I saw the whole weekend when we played in Knoxville was the line around the block outside the liquor store about an hour before gametime.

When Tennessee scored a TD on their first offensive play from scrimmage, the smell of whiskey was so bad, I was terrified someone would light a match. Burned the nostrils.

The one stadium not to sneak in liquor is ND. Ask Cuseregular.
