I actually think this helps the haves vs. the have-nots because the haves keep recruiting top level talent: it's even part of their recruiting pitch that they are putting guys in the NBA. But you don't have a log jam of players what might convince a top recruit to go elsewhere: it's more a of river through their arena to the NBA.
