Pacquiao was held to a 12 round draw by Juan Manuel Marquez on 5/8/04. Maywaether did the same on 9/19/09 and Pacquiao did it again on 11/12/11. But when Manny fought Marquez a fourth time on 12/8/12, he wound up flat on his face in the 6th round.
Mayweather beat Oscar Dela Hoya in 12 on 5/5/07. Pacquaio knocked him out in 8 on 12/6/08. That started the demands for a Mayweather-Pacquiao bout.
Mayweather knocked out Rickey Hatton in 10 on 12/8/07. Pacquiao destroyed him in 2 on 5/2/09
Pacquiao kayoed Miguel Cotto in the 12th round on 11/14/09. Mayweather beat him in 12 on 5/5/12.
Mayweather won a 12 round decision over Sugar Shane Mosley on 5/1/10. Pacquiao did the same on 5/7/11.

The other men to beat or draw Pacquiao are:
Rustico Torrecampo, who knocked him out in three rounds on 2/9/96
(They never fought again and Torrecampo retired with a 14-8 record in 1997 before winning one bout in 2011)
Medgoen Singsurat also knocked him out in three rounds on 9/17/99 for the WBC World Flyweight title.
(They never fought again and Singsurat retired in 2011 with an impressive 74-6 record. Only one of his bouts was outside of Asia, a one round knock-out in New Mexico in 2007 to Jorge Arce. We was the WBC flyweight champion form 1999-2000)
Agapito Sanchez held him to a technical draw after a bout was stopped in the 6th round due to a cut on Pacquiao's head caused by a head butt on 11/10/01 for the WBO/IBF super bantamweight titles.
(Pacquiao retained the IBF title. They never fought again and Sanchez reitred in 2005 with a 36-11 record).
Erik Morales fought Manny to a 12 round draw 3/19/05 for the vacant WBC/IBA super featherweight title.
(Manny knocked him out in 10 on 1/21/06 for those titles and then knocked him out in 3 in a 11/18/06 title defense. Morales hasn't fought since 2012 and has a 52-9 record.)
Timothy Bradley won a 12 round decision from Manny on 6/12/09 for the WBO welterweight title.
(Manny came back to beat him in 12 on 4/12/04 for the same title. Bradley has a current record of 31-1.)
