Conference champ-only format suits ACC

I don't see how the ACC can be comfortable with a four team conference champion only playoff when there are five major conferences and others will be sending USC/Oregon, Texas/Oklahoma, Ohio State/Michigan/Nebraska/PSU, or [pick most any SEC team] most years. Who are they going to get in ahead of in seasons when USC isn't on probation?

There is a reason to do this...and it is out of the box...only way to get ND into the ACC (or any conference) is to make this a 4 team or even 6 team conference winner gets in. By the way the BE should vote for this too otherwise reasons to come to it such as Boise State, San Diego St etc have no reason to join. If it is not conference winner (automatic like basketball) than no reason to join a conference except of course for $$$$$$.
