At the same time we have had 72 three point attempts while our ACC opponents have attempted 97.
We have taken 131 two point attempts vs our 4 ACC opponents who have attempted 120.

So we have been more aggressive to the basket, taken less 3 point shots yet fouled more despite playing zone, than our ACC opponents.

I just wanted to check if what I thought I might be seeing, was what actually was happening. What it means I don’t know and wondered if others had noticed anything or had an explanation. I don’t want to be simplistic and just say that the Refs stink or we don’t get a fair shake or we stink etc. If zones supposedly protect players from fouls more than m2m teams , teams that drive vs shooting long jumpers get fouled more, then why doesn’t the quintessential college zone team seem not to reflect it statistically? Please ignore my rambling  if I’m not making any sense.
