Hey UNC lost a few the semis of the ACC tournament and then went on to beat everyone by 12 come tournament time a few years back

Great game from the Bearcats, hope they go on to win the BET. They came in with the right game plan and executed it, took our comeback shots and still finished it off. They earned it.

Something lost in our misery, that I had no chance to get away from observing while being one of 2 Syracuse fans in the West Chester B-Dubs, is the fact that this is Cincinnati basketball's biggest win since some drunk West Virginian dude got run out of town.

Kudos to them. I was listening to our old friend Dan Hoard and every point he made about Cincinnati's chances to win happened. They hit outside early and often, they limited our chances in transition, they rebounded pretty well on the offencive end and really, most importantly, hit that elbow jumper early making us collapse for kicks.

Yancy Gates hitting the front end at like 7 minute mark got some of the loudest cheers in the bar. I absoluley intend on congratulating Yancey Gates the next time I see him around. He brought a Big Boy game tonight.

Best post of the night hands down. Cincy beat the #2 team in the country and really only used 5 players and one sub for 16min... Incredible execution, Cronin deserves a medal.
