Eberle, 24, learned the game while assisting Doug Marrone at Syracuse University before Marrone took over as head coach of the Buffalo Bills. He came to the area after landing a job at Fidelity Investments as a software engineer. Eberle said the company encourages community involvement and allows him great flexibility in his working hours.
