If Gait's pressers are any indication, he is dumping the blame on the players (lack of talent, execution, preparation) which, while true in part, demonstrates a lack of character and leadership by the coach in not taking some responsibility.  Looking back, Desko's reserve and tipping of his hat looks absolutely first class.
