He's above average trying to hit receivers running normal routes, but becomes unreal when he extends the play and his receivers break off routes and run open against DB's. If Ryan can be 'comfortably flushed' from the pocket without being dragged down immediately and after going through his reads, I like his ability to throw on the run and make some plays that cannot be found in a playbook.
