In the same way that Rick played the 4 as a soph / junior--maybe some token minutes, but he's really a center in our system. But I don't think he has the lateral mobility to defend his zone responsibilities adequately as a primary 4. I think he might "start" there if Rak leaves next year, but my guess is that he'll play the vast majority of his minutes throughout the remainder of his career in the pivot.
In fact, with the personnel we have returning, he'd have a lot of competition at the 4--Grant, Rak, Roberson. My guess is that he'll be the starting center ever game he plays after this season.
