Could Hackett or Shafer keep the staff together?

That's a big factor (not the only one) to me in hiring one of them. If you could hire one of them as Hc and the other as Ass't HC, that would make hiring one of them much more attractive. If you hire Shafer, but still lose the rest of the staff (esp. Hackett), is it really worth it?
