The odds of a 45-0 final are more favorable. PSU only got a “lucky” TD at the end of the game, otherwise they’d have been shut out. And Rutgers isn’t close to comparable to PSU (they’re just “P-U”).
I’d take Michigan with the points AND the over (I think I said that right).

Highly doubt that RU has more yards than Michigan has points. I can see about 40 total yards for RU. Michigan Defense is going to shut them down completely.

no, it implies 3.5 ish

48.5 and -40. so 40-8 is not the implies. 45-3 (44-4 actually) is implied. the only wiggle room for UM and under is a FG. which is unheard of.
