I will always disagree with the short bench philosophy and would love a HC with a more flexible outlook in that regard.  Is it a coincidence that QC was, according to JB himself "tired because he's not used to playing that many minutes"? And if that's the case with QC, why wouldn't it apply to Buddy, or JG, or anyone else on the team? It's bass ackwards, yet its the man's philosophy, and its not gonna change. Everything else is relatively minor, IMO- but on this issue, yes, I'm a consistent critic.
