Maybe a roof at least partially made from a firmer surface reflects the noise even more? I think the announcers said Freeze was surprised at the noise and wondered if it was being pumped in.

I agree. The metal roof panels are a big factor, but I think having a good student section is the biggest factor. When they show up and stay and are into the game, they make a lot of noise.
I hope we keep winning so we can se just how loud it can get.

Yup agree. It’s going to be deafening. Im
Down by the field and it’s loud even with a small crowd. The student noise alone pre game was louder than before.

Less noise dampening with the new roof, I would assume. Or is it a "pressure" issue? Would those smarter than me care to weigh in?
