Curious about new rule reviewing the 3 pt shot

I wonder what the forum thinks about the rule stopping play to review the 3 point shot. I have seen coaches use this as a time out, including k monday night. Vitale called him out but I don't know the rule on that. If that is legal how long before coaches start using that when they are out of time outs. Ok, you put a toe on the arc, if it goes in they will review it and you guys hustle over here. I know that might be a stretch, but I saw Delladova literally jump on Iguadlas back on a free throw a couple weeks ago after a time out taking advantage of that new rule. Who calls for the replay? Point kinda being, aren,t there enough stoppages already? Just wondering
