SYRACUSE, N.Y. - Getting the chance to rub elbows with some of the very best in your particular field is a rare opportunity. Syracuse quarterback Terrel Hunt got to do just that recently when he attended the Manning Passing Academy in Thibodaux, Louisiana. Heading into his second season - and first preseason - as the Orange's starter, Hunt got the opportunity to learn from some of the game's best, past and present, while also mentoring the high schoolers attending the camp.

That interview is definitely worth the 4 minute listen.

Nothing against Drew Allen, but him bombing out last year couldn't have been better for our program. I feel so much better about Hunt going into this year with a full season under his belt. Just think how much of a different perspective we would have on the upcoming season if he didn't play last season.

He is growing before our eyes. Of course, the fact that he visited OE in the hospital and attended his wake makes him a favorite. Somebody is doing something right in this program.
