He communicates through social media with the kids and for a rural guy from Kansas to build a strong relationship with kids from completely different parts of the country to the point where they can't wait to see him when they visit is massively important. His personality plays a huge role in this. He does a lot of the tours with the kids as well, so it's very important to have someone that can do what he does as well as he does it.
