Not exactly, I mean the "facilities announcement" could be the Manley locker room and coaches office reno's that are happening right now right? Folks here have said they are under way, and I am not aware of any announcement about the reno.

Hasn't been announced yet but they have been working on them since spring break. There's a big dumpster right outside that has been filled up with desks, chairs, parts of lockers, etc.
