Overall, it was an intense session. Daoust, Joe Adam and Bobby Acosta all seemed to push their units harder today.

This was easily the most animated I've seen Adam. He said yesterday he wants line to ramp up physicality. Pleased with assignment knowledge

Watched the defense today and was hard to see LBs. Daoust quote of the day, "Move that booty Jalen (Harvey)." He's always good for one.
