The defense has no clue what's coming at them but they are being taught to react to what the offense is giving them as well. The defense, because they have to react and not think, takes longer to adjust than the offense.  From a former player who attended a practice session - "I have never seen anything like it before in my life it's just amazing to watch".

Amazing to me it's still too slow for Babers...and I was really amazed and excited by the reaction and the description given by this former player...my gut tells me this is going to be a fun time for SU Football...
