Is a predetermined what pods they will land in?

Do the teams Tuesday play Thursday or Friday ?
I assume the teams that play Wednesday automatically play Friday.

Is it possible we could somehow land in the East?
Or land in Buffalo?

Landing in Buffal would be the luck of the draw. Since the 5 or 6 seed that we'd play after Dayton would not have geographical protection, it could happen
