I don't think so. I don't think that is going to matter much right now when no kids can visit any schools. SU and other schools are doing virtual tours.

This kid is BIG for a high school junior.

How is his mobility? Does he project as a DE long term, or as a guy we might seek to "grow" into an athletic DT?

Reminds me of Pickard coming out of high school. Not overly fast or quick. Has a few nice moves, but tough as nails and just over powers people. We’ll see how that translates.

6’4 248 pounds and he runs a 4.78 40? That is quite impressive. Alton ran a 4.69 at the combine and was the 3rd fastest DL there.

I like his film a lot. A lot of times with big guys who can run, all you see is them running wide and out quicking the OL to the QB. I see Hayden doing some of that, but in a lot of the plays, he is actively engaging his man, using his hands to keep himself free, then running down the ball.

Nice blend of quickness and power. He reminds me of Jaime Kimmel. Big, fast, athletic and tough. I bet he ends his career up over 270 pounds.
