This is nuts. Have never, ever thought of rolling up my car window on a police officer. Certainly wouldn't imagine doing it while my car was floating in a pond, and then proceeding to go back to sleep.

Drugs and alcohol weren't a factor? Bullspit. What did that "screening" consist of? If that was the state he and his passenger were in, lives were at risk on the road. Weren't even any skid marks suggesting he tried to stop. Sorry, but if it was just being "tired," the shot of adrenaline that his kidneys should have flooded his bloodstream with should have been enough for him to respond accordingly. Something is way, way off here.

Side note, the comment suggesting "he must have tried to pass" was hilarious.
