I agree.  Look at Fran Brown, the football team with a lot of the same talent (obviously not including gets like McCord and Meeks and Diggs) did a complete 180 culture wise.  
These guys fight now, refuse to surrender.
And their coach doesn't wash if they lose.
Under Dino, losing became the November culture.
And no one on the team or coaching staff seemed that upset - Dino just passed the buck and talked about all his problems.

As mentioned earlier, the will to win, the fight to be better, what little of that we had last year walked out the door with Gerry. His teams have that now with less than a third of our talent level. I watched their game Sunday on ESPN plus. They had 2 bad player injuries in the game, but still fought like wildcats - had 3 steals in the last 45 seconds - but lost by 1.  Yes they lost, but they gave it everything they had.

When was the last time you could say that about SU?

And I think every fan would be able to be patient if we thought that was how SU was playing right now.
But If there is even 50% effort on a team wide scale, I would be surprised.
That is why I don.t see any big improvements coming this year.
