LOL the B1G refs made a horrible fumble call on the goalline against Penn State that was awful. Then the replay official upheld the call even though it was pretty clear to see the Penn State RB had crossed the plain of the endzone. That call basically gave Nebraska the win and more calls like these could push Penn State's fanbase into clamoring for the ACC.

<------------- Thinks any call against PSU is a great and correct call.

In reading the PSU boards, I thinking the fanbases are starting to tip that way, but just like the FSU and Clemson fansbases wanting out of the ACC, they don't get to decide conference affiliation.

Cheers,
Neil

I'm as big a penn st hater as anyone but I saw it live on tv then on replay and I don't know how that isn't a touchdown as he had possession when the ball crossed the plain. Should have been a td and they got totally screwed over.

The play was no different than a Qb who does that over center and then gets the ball swatted out of their hands.

Nope, right call regardless of what it appears. So sorry PSU, "No soup for you!" ;)

So why is ESPNU reporting "sources" saying Big Ten to issue an apology letter to PSU for blown call? ;)

Cheers,
Neil

I understand the hate of PSU I don't like them that much, but the call was obviously blown and was pathetically upheld on review. Nebraska is the only ranked team in the BCS now that NW lost and the PSU WR clearly crossed the goalline, I hope PSU loses every game as well, but the officiating in college football is awful. Officials shouldn't be employed by the conferences they should be employed by the NCAA.
However, according to the NCAA people aren't buying Brandon Triche basketball jerseys just #2o Orange Basketball Jerseys or Johnny Manziel Texas A&M jerseys they are just buying maroon #2 Football jerseys nothing to do with Manziel. The NCAA is such a joke. The system is broke if you ask me.

It's one thing to get bang bang calls on the field wrong but what the is going on in the replay booth this year? It's mind boggling and it seems to be favoring the home teams - its as if they're afraid to overturn calls that would go against the home teams.

That's just so sad. :D
