UNC and UVA are wine and cheese crowds who even if they get 55k a game it won't make much of a difference. Clemon, FSU, and VA Tech are the only schools in the ACC with a football culture. NC State is probably the one school who could be there but they are NC State and no one cares about them. GA Tech and Miami have tradition and great local talent which trumps the small fanbases.
