Why was mark Schultz already in Syracuse?

He seemed to be the guy who couldn't make the story work in 03.

They had no one at PSU 3 days after the story broke, but Schultz was in Syracuse before this story even broke?

Could have been tipped off. Bristol is only a four hour drive away.

ESPN (Schwartz) did indeed bring the information to SPD today, who then re-opened the case. Not the other way around.

If that's true, from an ethics standpoint, Schwarz did the right thing.

I read it as he's the one who broke the story. So, story don't break until he gets here.

He was just on ESPN2 during the St. John's - Arizona game. The allegations are that the ball boy stayed in Fine's hotel room during recruiting trips, games and tournaments. The things that allegedly happened (if true) are horrible.

Now Syracuse will be featured on ESPN, CNN, etc, for all the wrong reasons.
