Didi's BA improvement

Lat month he got a hit in two consecutive games which for him was huge personally. After those two hits(both singles),his body language changed at the plate . His stance didn't look like he was waiting to go back to the dugout You could visibly see his confidence gaining especially after he got another hit.Even his fielding bumped up in improvement. He will never be what we had before nor is it likely we ever will again. The Yanks just drafted a defensive wiz this year and Jorge Mateo has talents that will wow the fans on the base paths His defense and speed are rated very high. Two walk off games in a row against the Rays was fun to be sure.BTW. The home run offense is fun but I've noticed drives into the gaps on both sides of the outfield have been rare this year. Doubles and triples get those big run innings and lessen the reliance of home runs. Having said that I expect to see some "gappers."
