Can somebody explain to me what happened? How did Southerland look? Looks like MCW is reading too many headlines.

I know I didnt see the game, so take this with a grain of salt, but I honestly think this may be good for the team down the line. I'm tired of 30-2 seasons, only to lose in the 2nd weekend of the tournament. If taking some losses early helps build the teams toughness and character, I'm all for it.

Those 30-2 teams only lost the second weekend because the starting centers weren't on the court due to injury and academics. Both of those teams should have made at least the FF and probably would have with all hands on deck.

James looked very passive on O, though he did decent board work. He wasn't moving well to get himself free & he seemed to lose confidence after missing his first two treys. MCW really tried to take over, but he didn't make it happen in many various and sundry ways.
