...and not to mention the actual players themselves are unofficial employees/mercenaries...and therefore their "empowerment" means they dont really have to care that much (other than doing enough to get the money...but team performance doesnt really matter anymore)...so youre starting to see players that dont listen to coaches and teams that arent teams...

then i start to question how much i even care if my team is doing well...which is a BIG problem for the sport if other people think like I do.
