But he won't enjoy it. I'm betting he kicks off in a year or so. His name has come off the Big Ten championship trophy and his so valed image has been sewered. Joe pa is now Joe Poop. It will never be the same for him there or anywhere else.Even if he chooses to move to another part of the country ,he will be looked at with contempt if not disgust by allowing Sandusky free reign kids on the campus.couchburn

i maybe wrong but when you are fired(terminated) you are not eligible for any pension other than what you directly contributed, no health benefits either.if he retired he would have received a pension---he is probably already collecting social security

I remember hearing that Paterno (and other selected employees) were not hired as "state employees". They are contracted employees whom have negotiated their own terms of employment.

They changed the name of the book to "Horsing Around", I'm sure it'll sell quite well.
